Can my purchase be sent to a hospital?
Any gift pack, depending if the products are in stock, can be posted to a designated hospital with overnight delivery through Australia Post. Country towns may take two working days, depending on postcode. A complimentary gift tag can be included with your name and message upon request.  Please ensure you have emailed me your delivery details and also that the new Mum will be staying in hospital for a few days to allow delivery.  It is also important that you have given me the correct details (name, ward etc) for the new Mum.  Please leave me with your contact details - a phone no. and an email address.

How will my purchases be packaged?
Baby items will be packaged in tissue paper and/or cellophane bags and gift items will be gift-boxed with a complimentary gift card attached. All will be protected in bubble wrap to ensure safe postage.

Are there alternatives if my baby has an allergy to wool?
Most of my products are 100% cotton, but some have a small percentage of polyester. Arrangements can be made for the quilts to be made using polyester wadding and the knitted items can be made using acrylic yarns, upon request by email. There are some items in stock that are 100% Bamboo, which is a breathable and hypoallergenic fabric and has natural antibacterial and deodorising properties.  A great alternative.

Can my items be purchased wholesale?
Yes, this is possible, depending on the item. There are special prices for wholesale. Minimum orders of $150.00 applies and requests will be processed only through email responses and registering your line of business. We are more than happy to receive and process your enquiry.

Do you accept returns?
Only if the goods are faulty. Please ensure you choose the size and design carefully before purchasing, as there is no return policy in place, unless prior arrangements have been made through email.

How much does Postage cost?
Australia Wide:
Express Post - next working day delivery to destinations having postcodes
which comply with Australia Post. All other destinations
will take between 2-7 days. Express Post charge is $12.00
for parcels up to 3Kg in weight. 

Overseas:
Your beautifully packaged gift will be sent by Australia Post. Cost will
be negotiated at time of order placement. An email advising cost will be
sent before order has been processed.

Orders over $400 will be shipped within Australia at NO CHARGE.
