Some years ago a small business, run from home in Ocean Grove on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, was created by Collette.

A tradition of fine applique, embroidery and knitting, passed on by her mother and generations before, has been used to create a range of uniquely handcrafted babywear. The range grows as Collette designs new and exciting pieces.

So today, after enjoying many years of mothering her 5 sons, Collette delights in having fun-filled times with grandchildren and has been steadily building up her small business (having monthly market stalls in her local area in Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale), bringing to our modern society, the art of traditional hand-embroidered, hand-appliquéd and knitted pieces, perfect for the newborn baby.
